Established in the year 2000, our main goal was to provide beneficial services to property developers and investors. These services included property refurbishment, property development and maintenance and management. We also wanted to assist investors in finding the right properties to add to their portfolios.

In 2002 Care Property Management began offering its services to hospitality businesses. We started to manage hotels, hostels and serviced apartments also provide redevelopment plans which allowed for investors to gain the best value. We also now provide hotel operation and hostel operation to help accommodation providers to achieve their potential incomes.
